Facility Vulnerability Self-Assessment Tool
All applications must be accompanied by a vulnerability assessment and the application must clearly tie to findings from the vulnerability assessment. Vermont, FEMA ,and DHS do not require a specific template and applicants may submit previous assessments or assessments in a different format. Applicants may use previous vulnerability assessments or assesments in a different format. This self- assessment tool can be used to help your organization identify security vulnerabilities within your facility. The information contained in this Self-Assessment Tool is intended for your personal/business use and not a comprehensive method of evaluating the potential vulnerability of your respective facility security measures. Those utilizing this Tool are free to gain further insight and advice from their local law enforcement agencies, private security contractors or any other method of their choice.
