Governor’s Emergency Preparedness Advisory Council (GEPAC)
The Governor’s Emergency Preparedness Advisory Council (GEPAC) was created to assess the State's overall homeland security preparedness, policies, and communications and to advise on strategies to improve our current system. The Homeland Security Unit utilizes numerous Working Groups that act as subject matter experts and review grant applications annually to make recommendations on the allocation of Homeland Security Grant Program funding.
Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)
Annually after receiving an award from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and MOU is developed to outline how each working group will operate and to what projects the funds have been allocated for that funding year.
